Teething is a difficult phase not just for babies, but for parents too. When teething begins, babies start taking everything in mouth that comes to their reach. This is because the chewing action helps soothe their painful gums and reduces the irritability to a great extent.
My baby is now 5 months old and has started showing symptoms of teething. So I decided to buy some teething toys for him. Dr. Brown’s Learning Loop Teether was the first teether that caught my attention while I was browsing through a long list of teethers on Amazon.com. Dr. Brown’s is a trusted baby bottle brand from the UK. It manufactures anti-colic feeding bottles to help relieve colicky symptoms in babies. Along with these unique bottles, it manufactures other baby products such as teethers, soothers, and training cups. Here’s my take on Dr. Brown’s Learning Loop Teether.
About Dr. Brown’s Learning Loop Teether
Dr. Brown’s Teether is a soft teething toy made up of food grade silicone. It has an interesting combination of geometric shapes and colours. The main part of the teether consists of a classic ring which is green in colour. The ring encloses 3 basic shapes – a Red Circle, a Yellow Star, and a Blue Square. The ring and the shapes offer various textures and surfaces to help alleviate baby’s teething pain. Recommended age is 3 months+.

Just a little bit heavier for little hands.
What’s my experience with Dr. Brown’s Learning Loop Teether?
So far, the teether has managed to grab attention of my baby. As and when he sees it, he tries to reach out for it and hold it in his tiny hands. Though he doesn’t take much of interest in chomps and chews. So as of now I am using it just to engage him during baths and tummy time. I will post and update here once he actually begins teething. Or start learning things. Maybe, the teether requires bit of a time to prove its worth. 🙂
Final Take
Dr. Brown’s Learning Loop Teether is one good teething toy you can consider for your little one. It is attention-grabbing, non-toxic, dishwasher safe, sterilizer safe, educational, and easy to use. Can also be used as a gifting option.
